The Anchor Section meet for fun and games each week. They enjoy singing, craft, games and stories. Their favourite song at the moment seems to be 'Ace Foundations' by Dave Godfrey!

There are currently 27 Anchors and the leading boys/girls are Ebony Smith, Owen Hadley, Oliver Jennings and Harvie Taylor. The Section is led by Gill Brownlee, Neil Brownlee and Michael Braithwaite. The helpers are Kayleigh Overton, Harry Brigham, Phillip Ellarby, Sarah Fairbotham and Nathan Hope.

The Anchors have a mascot called Marley who they enjoy looking after each week. Marley even has his own armband and has achieved his 1 year service badge so far.

This year there has been a trip to Build a Bear and a trip to the park for the Anchors. They also joined the rest of the Company at the Founders Day Service.

The Anchors work towards their badges (Green, Red and Blue) and when they are in Year 3 they can join the Company Marching Band.
